    It's hard to give Advantage Personnel / Recruitment / Adrec a positive review because although this company can provide skilled tradespeople, it is a company fraught with tax problems and has phoenixed on at least two occasions now. Both the company and the owner/director have been bankrupt but just set up in a new name and continue on. They may supply your labour requirements but unfortunately I wouldn't advocate being a supplier to them. This is disappointing because the company does have some strong intellectual property and opportunities for competitive advantages.
