    Poor customer service - Nothing but issues with this company, Ordered a supreme 3in1 8x5 table for a christmas present and the table arrived damaged and was sent back on the same truck. Contacted them and was told new table will be sent by the end of the week. No table arrived contacted them and I was informed new table was not ordered and they will do that straight away and new one will be sent as soon as it arrives as none in stock. Waited a fortnight and with no contact from them I rang them again and was informed that my order has not been placed as the damaged table had not been receipted back into their system. After 5 months (yes 5 months) numerous emails and phone calls (from us not them) and to be hung up on and phone calls ignored (called with my phone - no answer - call with someone else's - answered straight away) only to be sent a different style of table (not 3in1 or supreme) for the same cost as already paid for first one. New table was also damaged when arrived (chrome missing of corner covers). Balls do not always roll back into ball return section and does not roll or bounce off edges well (felt is layed wrong direction) and table came with NO felt markings on it.
