i bought a $1700 9 x 4.5 slate table of them and they are useless when it comes to any problems with the table, 1st thing is that it is not exactly level as it is 3 pieces of slate and you can feel the joins quite easily doesnt effect gameplay too much but still annoying, 2nd is the inside of the pockets are starting to rip, i emailed them and it took almost a month before i got a reply and all they said was to get some green cotton and sew the tears and trim it up so it is tidy, i was told that it would of been caused from them stapling the felt then pulling it back out to re do it, so it would of started from a staple hole, as far as im concerned that should be covered by some sort of warranty but they wont do anything bout it, the table is only 3 months old and im really angry that i need to get it refelted already, to anyone looking at buying a table i would NOT go through this company as they are completely useless when it come to anything, they are cheap for a reason, after your money then have nothing to do with you. do yourself a favour and pay that little bit extra. -

Very interested and helpful when quoting a re- cushion and re-felt of my table but as soon as the deposit was paid and the table picked up that was the end of customer service. When I tried to organise the return of the table they kept putting me off saying they needed invoice numbers etc. They then took an un-authorised payment off the credit card I used to pay the deposit. After numerous frustrating phone calls with them it turned out they couldn't find my table. We had to go to their warehouse ourselves and found the table in amidst the mess.
When the table was finally delivered and the felt replaced on-site there was no ball position markings on the table. I asked the staff about them and they said get a tape measure and a felt pen, then left. I rang them and asked about it and was told the measurements to put the marks on myself. When I said I thought that was part of the re-felting job they said they don't do them unless asked. I then told them they should have said they didn't put the markings on. They had lost interest by this time as they had their money.
If you want half a job done or you property lost or damaged this seems to be the place to go but if you want a professional job and any sort of customer care and service I would advise you to go elsewhere. -

This would be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Demanded payment up front to move a Pool table between rooms. Sent inexperienced labour and damaged the Pool table. They would not return phone calls and actually hung up on me when I finally got to talk to them. Emailed photos etc., and 3 months later absolutely no joy. Would not recommend this company to anyone. No customer service, rude and once they have your money, nothing else matters. -

Their customer service leaves a LOT to be desired & should a problem arise with the order being incorrect they do not even offer an apology, instead all I received was abuse with no end result as they hung up on me before I could even speak. Now I am left $600 out of pocket with absolutely no goods at all to show for it...save yourself a lot of headaches & buy elsewhere...most disappointed... -
