    My family and I bought 10 airconditioners 3 years ago, a large order - but we can't get the installers who work for Agean to come and fix them even though they are still under warranty. Phone calls are not returned from the main office, and the original installer will not answer his phone. Numerous phone calls to the main office have met with sympathy, but no call back or service. Beside myself! If I get anyone else to look at them the warranty is voided!
