    We have used AIA Removal recently and we are extremely unsatisfied with their service and professionalism (hanging up on their customer while on the phone when making the complaint). Not only did they damage our property during the move, they refused to reimburse us or take responsibility for the damage they did. Also, the move took longer compared to other removalist companies we used in the past (the removalist were not efficient at all) and when you are paying an hourly rate efficiently is important. Additionally, as one of the removalist was limping we ended up doing alot of the lifting and moving (including very heavy items) on our own and we still had to pay full rate, they should of definitely given us a discount for doing part of their job. In hindsight, we will never use them again or recommend their service to any of our friends or family.

    Excellent and Cheap! They arrive ten minutes early, worked very quickly and we're half the price of other removalist i'd used.

    Really polite and kind. They worked until 11pm at night and didn't once appear to mind.
