    was happy with the service when we traveled, got us to our hotel on time. I forgot my luggage on the way in the bus, the driver was very helpful and came back with my bag 15min later. Thanks guys excellent service.

    I use Airbus all the time every month I never had any problems. The service is excellent bus was on time every time i booked it. The staff and drivers are helpful and friendly. Very happy with the low price of $14 one way. Your not going to get any better for this price this is not a limo service.

    Awful service and even worse customer service. Waited over an hour for a shuttle that describes its service as frequent. When i called to check on the buses the person blatently lied and said two had veen there in that time. Stating that i was obviously in the wrong location. For the second time that hour i asked the shuttle coordinator at the rank if i had somehow missed one. He stated there had been none in the last hour and the person on the phone had been mistaken. Next time ill be catching the air train.

    A friend and I also had a terrible experience with Airbus Airport Shuttle. We booked online, and after 24 hours of flying from Europe, we called the specified number on arrival (as it said on our ticket), but we just got a voicemail saying "our office is closed, call back tomorrow". It was 7am. The printed ticket said pickups from the international terminal are available from 5am. We thought we would still walk down to the bus stand just to see if they were there, naturally, they weren't.

    We ended up taking the train. They pretty much ignored my complaints when contacting them via email. I disputed the transaction via Paypal and eventually got my money back.

    They will give you a really bad first impression of Australia - I would never dream of using them again or recommending them to any one.

      AirBus Shuttle company office hours are from 07:00 to 21:00 If you view Terms and Conditions page http://www.airbussydney.com.au/terms.aspx you will see that pickup times from Domestic and International Airports from 07:00 and only Hotel pickups to the Airport are from 05:00. Hotel pickups booked at least 24 hours before. AirBus Shuttle company has designation bus stop at the Domestic Airport and buses departs to the city every 30 to 45 minutes. If the customer rings on arrival to the International Airport we organizing one of our bus drivers to go via International Airport.

      A quote from the conditions of service on the ticket received from the company:
      "Pickup from Domestic and International airports from 06:00 to 20:00."
      -- Even if pickups are available from 7:00 only (which is not the case), everything else in my experience smelt of bad customer service.
