I booked this shuttle because I thought it would be a less stressful experience than the train. Boy was I wrong. First, the people in the call centre are very rude and quick to dismiss, which is unsettling. Considering that their whole business is airport connections, you'd think they'd have a better idea of how early you need to arrive. I arrived at the pickup point 15 mins early. The driver (also very rude) wouldn't let me on as I didn't have a paper printout. I tried to show driver the email and confirmation number and asked if driver had my name on the list, driver refused and simply sped off.
Firstly it is ridiculous that in this day and age you need a paper ticket. I don't even need a paper ticket for my flight!
Second, everyone I dealt with is so rude and dismissive
Third, they are unknowledgeable about airport transfers.
Highly recomend sticking with the train. Fast, reliable, and you pay at the station instead of having to prepay 2 days in advance. This company has refused to give me service. I've asked for a refund, if I don't get it I will go to consumer affairs
