    Customer Service like this doesn't happen often!
    The office was small but the staff friendly. Gay took my details and made sure I had my Passport, Ticket, mobile etc before leaving! Maroun took care of my luggage and dropped me off at the Terminal. When I returned, I called their mobile number and was collected within about 10 minutes - just as indicated. All good but what followed was way beyond what one could expect....

    I arrived back from the trip with a sprained arm. When he collected me, he was concerned that I may not be able to drive. He asked where I was going and said that he lived 5 minutes away from my home. He then offered to drive me home in my car and said his brother would pick him up from there. As it was late, I thought that he was finishing his shift and when I found I really could not drive I gratefully accepted.
    On the way home, I discovered however, that it was NOT the end of his shift and that his brother would be picking him up and taking him all the way back to Airport Ezy Parking office!!! I live near the Olympic Park so its not a short trip. He even helped me with my luggage when I got home!

    I would not hesitate to use Airport Ezy Parking again and have told people at work - who do a LOT of travelling - too!
