    Was very happy with this place as my child was going there since she was 3mths and then had a break and returned back at the age of 3. The three star rating purley goes to the swimming teachers who are fantastic with the children and are very patient and caring. However it only takes one incident to ruin that whole experience and i experienced that last weekend when i was exposed to some bad customer service at the counter and an unexpected attitude. As a regular person attending and as a paying customer, that is one thing you don't need to be dealing with. The lack of information that is passed on to parents of when the pool is closed and opened during the year is very poor. It is closed for some of the school holidays and not others and i wouldn't have even known that they are randomly closed for a whole month in Aug until i overheard the conversation with the parent before me! Every time you try to ring, it either rings out or goes to message bank. It is not our responsibility to find out when the pool is randomly closed through out the year, it should be told to the parents before the end of the class.

    We love this swim school, our kids enjoy it every time we go there. The water is always nice and warm, the air temperature is warm as well, they run classes for babies from 3 mths onwards and my youngest, 4 months, loves it! The instructors are very nice, they are trying very hard to make all kids feel relaxed and comfortable in the water and the pool is huge, plenty of room and toys. Prices are good for what 1 session involves.
    The only thing are the changing rooms, specially female ones, there is little room and when changing toddlers and babies you run out of room, it's a bit crampy. But overall, great swimming pool, all my kids go there and we love it! Would recommend this place to all your families :-))
