Free weights to tone upper body parts like, biceps, triceps, shoulders and chest.
Group exercise, classes for the fit to the first timer we have classes such as Pilates, Body Pump, Step, Trim Tone Stretch and Crunch (abdominals) classes, etc.
Warm up Room, this is a huge area used for worming up, streaching, skipping, exercise balls, weight lifting.
Change room with lockers to secure your possessions.
Showers to ensure you can make it before or after work or even to freshen before you leave.
Health and fitness supplements like protein drinks and bars to assist in muscle recovery and promote fullness. And also USANA's RESET weight control/loss program and supplements too.
Water - The benefits of drinking water while you train speak for themselves. You will get a metabolic boost as cold water increases your metabolism. The fat loss process will be operating a full peak as water is needed in order for fat loss to occur. So drink up.
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 1:30pm and 4:30pm - 9:00pm.
Saturday, 9:00am - 2:00pm.
