    Good quality and prices, at the expense of service. Usually only 1 checkout open, even when there are 15 people in the queue (Coles has at least 8 checkouts open). I often just dump my stuff and go to Coles, because I don't have the time to line up for 20 minutes. And the staff treat you so rudely, I've never encountered such disrespect and rudeness before.
