I went for dinner on a Saturday night at the Blue Bar and I left wondering why. Although the waitress was very friendly, the meals lacked substance. I ordered the fish of the day (snapper) and left hungry. There were no fries or rice with the meal, a small portion of snapper and a meagre salad consisting of sliced tomatoes, basil and a few slices of humali/mozerella cheese. My partners meal was much better and thankfully he shared part of his. It is sad when we pay good money for a meal and it does not follow the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating. My meal lacked vegetables and had nothing from the Bread/cereals/rice/pasta category. I mentioned my dissatisfaction to the waitress who relayed my feeling to the kitchen and nothing was done. Not even an apology or explanation that I needed to order vegies and fries/rice to create a complete meal. I felt cheated and left hungry.
