They said they had an engine for us and after we paid, they said the engine they had was from an earlier model. Have requested both verbal refund and now by e-mails. Looks like this will be another one for Queensland Office of fair trading. DONT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

A 40 minute drive was wasted due to a poorly run business! The owner told me over the phone that they had the part. On arrival, the guy had a look and realised that they didnt have it. Why tell a client that you do??!! GIVE YOURSELF A UPPERCUT!!!!

My experience with this "Mob" is exactly the same as the previous review. My car is a 2000 year and from numbers stamped on parts and in one case the actual VIN I was able to ascertain that the parts were from a June 1998 model so useless to me. Will not reply to e-mails so I also am going thru Fair Trading. Tags AAIP spare parts car parts Jap parts European parts Australia

Had a very poor experience with this business. Ordered a set of wheels & brakes from a Lexus ls400 which was being wrecked & paid upfront. Items delivered were from a older model toyota and in no way resembled the tradingpost advertisement. Contacted them and asked for a full refund. they made it clear that a full refund would not be given and refused to admit to their mistake. We have now had to take matters to the office of fair trading.
