    Good to communicate with and very helpful, but when furniture arrived, i had 5 chairs with chrome round bases & one with a light grey matte square base. And 2 of them, when pumped up to desired height, wont stay up so short clients have half their faces cut off in the mirror.
    Basins had no fittings with them at all, I had to buy all of the piping for them, then had to buy more bendy piping because the basins wouldn't tilt! Plumber also had to silicone the drains to the basins because they were leaking.
    Reception desk is wobbly & chrome panel on the front of it doesn't fit on properly (could only get 3 of the 4 legs to connect with main part)
    I know that it's factory seconds, but I was expecting a few scratches or marks on them, not to have them actually not function, fit or work properly. All in all, a bit disappointing.
