    12 years I have trusted the countless local people I have used for their word when it came to quotes. Have learnt my lesson and will always ask for quotes in writing. All seasons quoted $385 for repairs on our ducted heating. Only to receive the final bill of twice that much of $781. There reason oh that's right they found more problems and tried to contact us on our perfectly working mobile and answering service and home phone and answering service BUT no message left. This tells me that they didn't know what was wrong in the first place.

      For a reply to this review we here at All Seasons pride ourselves on customer service. The job in question for this client was done when the home in question was sold and the heater went wrong at the wrong time! Our technician attended the site and found the combustion fan was burnt out, this was quoted for replacement and the client was told that there may be more at fault. Until installing the new part we were unable to know if anything had caused this burn out! Once the fan was installed it was found that the computer board was the cause and a new one was also needed! At this time the house was already vacated and the new owners were in. Our technician installed the new part as the house was sold with the heating working. The only fault on our behalf was that we didn't get the go ahead before installing the new computer board. The customer didn't answer our call on the job ! The account was sent to the customer and gave them 3 months to pay. All Seasons have been fair in this matter

    They turned up when they said they would, the salesman was not high pressure like a few others and explained things in real terms to someone who did not know what they wanted!! When it came to the installation of my airconditioner it was done in a clean and professional manner with no fuss. When the job was finnished the operation of the unit was explained in a clear manner. It works a treat and the price was competitive what more could i ask for ! Great job well done i would recommend them to anyone.
