    I feel compelled to write this review because I recently had the unfortunate experience of having an appointment with a particular doctor at this medical centre.
    On entering their office, I was met with complete rudeness, a dismissive attitude and truly appalling manners. This was all due to the fact that I wasnt a regular patient (even though I have been to this centre on a number of occasions). I was told, What do you want me to do? in response to asking for a second opinion about a medical issue.

    When I rang management to complain; not once did they introduce themselves or ask what they could do to help when they answered. Every issue I raised was refuted. I was informed that doctors are wary about doctor shopping. Any intelligent doctor, after hearing my question, would have realised I was not a prescriptive drug addict, and therefore not doctor shopping.

    The doctors rudeness, lack of basic manners, or concern for me as a patient were then also brushed off as my misconstrued reaction to an accent. I have travelled to many parts of Europe and heard many accents. It is very easy to determine the difference between an accent and a lack of proper manners. This is very poor management skill on the part of management.

    I wont be returning to this medical centre after this experience, and of hearing about other unpleasant interactions that people have had with this doctor. This is a shame, because the times that I have visited another doctor at this Practice I have been treated with courtesy and a kindly manner.
