    Renee was so helpful throughout the process. Answered all our questions and assisted our lender in making sure settlement goes through smoothly. Strongly recommend her for anyone looking for a property conveyance. She understands the process as she built her own home and gave us advice on everything from settlement to even building our home and what to look for from a builder.

    Renee was very helpful and thorough. She ensured that all appropriate steps were taken to sell our property. None of the issues related to settling had anything to do with our side of the proceedings. Renee also meets clients out of hours if needed and this is also very helpful.
