    Tracking number is useless because it only shows you codes and you have no idea what the codes mean. They lost my item, gave me 3 dates that the item would be delivered and none of them were ever achieved. Now we are awaiting a new date but they can not locate the item so i have no confidence they will ever deliver it.

    The phone number provided goes to a help desk but they seem to have no ability to solve anything at all and no ability to escalate. You can not talk to anyone in the organisation who has a clue or the ability to resolve any issues. They are extremely rude and never try to help you. Wow they lost my item so you would think they would at least try to sound apologetic!

    This is my worst experience with a courier ever. The whole world is moving toward on line shopping so couriers will continue to get more and more busy. Clearly this company don't want to remain in business.

    If you have a choice never use this company.

      Totally agree, these guys are terrible, if you are going to send a parcle through here ...Please Don't!! The call centre rep was probably one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to as was no help at all

      We contacted their so called Call center and they hung up on us twice, am still waiting 12 days for my delivery from Sydney to Melbourne, they are overdue with their email response of 24 hours by 96 hours, the tracking number is useless and so is their track and trace service. They proudly promote being an Australian company which needs an overhaul in customer service, I would change the slogan to fiercely inadequate, not Independent?
