    THE BEST REMOVAL EXPERIENCE i'VE HAD IN MY LONG LIFE. I've moved 46 times over the years, and have been ripped off, had no shows, had drunk workers turn up, experienced blatant theft, many expensive breakages and very intimidating and abusive behaviour or I've booked 3 tonne truck and they've pulled up in a 5 tonne truck ... moved me, then told me at pay time that they have to charge me double what they quoted as they used a bigger truck ... this is common apparently, and if you don't pay, expect physical violence or things to get broken eg ... your windows, as they leave ....so my expectations are now pretty low as you can imagine.

    If the guys just turn up when they say they will, thats a plus..... I'm the person that has packed up my house only to have the removalists do a no show .... or Man with a van did my last move 8 months ago, and then only have small contents of a 1 bdrm flat, quoted $240, and then at the end threatened and swore at me and tried to swindle me $400 for a 3hr gig and harrassed and threatened me when I refused to be scammed by them.

    Anyway, I moved just before new years eve this year, and James who owns and operates Allastar removals (MY HERO!!!) not only turned up on time with his young strong helper Ollie, but they were both very professional, calm, efficient and really nice guys. They had loads of commonsense and were patient, really efficient and super gentle with everything and god, these guys were such "clean" workers.

    None of my furniture or bedding or anything had trhe usual grubby dirty and sweaty stains handmarks or footprints on them, like in the past. This is the first move I've ever had where I could just put everything away and make up my bed as normal in my new flat without having to wash or clean or dust everything.

    Allstars removals took 2.5 hrs to move me,and that's whats they charged me, there was none of this dragging it up to 3 hrs or suddenly "having the go slows" to keep the meter ticking!! I was impressed with their efficiency and level headedness.

    Man with a van did this to me previous move, (actually is wasn't the owner who is nice, it was two subcontractors of his that day I believe) I was moving flats 2km appart and they said they'd follow me with loaded up van to my new place ... they turned up 1.5 hrs later and tried to charge me for the time by saying they got lost ... yeah right, the guy that was lying to me was wiping the tomato sauce and pie crumbs off his nouth as he said this. (The idiot thought I'd pay him for a lunch break during a 2-3hrs in time move?) They swore and abused me when I didn't, I was very frightened and intimidated.

    Moving is a hugely stressful experience, but James and Ollie from Allstar Removals made it easy peasey. I strong recommend them to everyone from one that has copped the very worst with removalists ... these guys wre my wonderful reward. They cleaned up after themselves and were so tidy anbd thorough and moved my heavy funiture so gently and carefully, I thought I was hallucinating .... these guys tick all the boxes on what the perfect house move should be.

    So save yourself stress, money, hassle and drama. Just use these guys, don't waste your times with the scammers out there. The scammers deserve to go broke, and let the honest good mover thrive and prosper.
