    Approx 5 weeks before moving I rang this company. I spent some time on the phone with them, supplying all the details. They then informed me that everything was okay and I was 'booked in'. The day before the move I called to confirm that everything was okay. At that time, I actually spoke to the same person who informed me that they had no record of my move and was in fact busy on another job ??? They then had the hide to say to me, "are you sure it was me you spoke to when you booked" ? Then, to add insult to injury they said to me, "I can suggest some reputable companies if you like". This person had no idea, could care and didn't even apologise. After I used some colourful language....I slammed the phone down in utter disgust. I was bewildered reading the previous two (2) reviews.
