    What a disgrace. Made an appointment for 9:30pm tonight (Monday night, was the earliest I could get), arrived 10 minutes early as courtesy, sat there for nearly 40 MINUTES AFTER MY APPOINTMENT and had to watch countless people who had later appointments than me get seen and leave. At 10 past 10 I told the staff that I wasn't waiting any longer and left.
    I always give this clinic second chances when I'm desperate but not anymore. This is not the first time I have been disappointed with this clinic but it will be the last as I will never return and neither will my family.
    For something that is meant to be local and convenient I will now travel the distance and make weekend appointments with my regular doctor in Sunshine.

    Typical meat market. Was OK up until the last couple of months, when you walk into an EMPTY waiting room only to be told that there is a 4 hour plus wait (This is an every day thing now) And the latest today is "We are understaffed and not accepting walkins. Come back after 8pm and we might be able to see you" If you dont want to have to deal with walkins go to a normal doctors surgery not a clinic.

    With all new longer opening hours, friendly helpful staff and a variety of great Drs., the Altona super clinic is fast becoming one of the most popular dr clinics around. The only draw back is that an appointment is a must!! As is sometimes the need to book in a few days ahead, which is no good if your sick now!

    Doctors are fine but twice now walk ins have gotten in before me and I had an appointment. It wasn't an emergency either.

    its been years since I've had a regular Dr but since meeting Dr Sarah Leer who works at the Altona super clinic located at the altona meadows central square shopping center, i refuse to go any where eles, I've fianly found a Dr who actully speaks English and explains things to me, she makes me feel like my heath really does matter to her, isn't that what we want from our health care professionals.

    I am a new mum and Very protective of my bub BUT I managed to find a great Dr at the clinic.
    Dr William is efficent and gentle with my new baby.
    He explains everything in plain english, is very efficent and very helpful.
    I highly recommend him to every one.
