    Bought tiles from the Kotara store in white for our bathroom. After realising we needed more I ordered extra and had them delivered. Took over a week to arrive even though they were a "rush order". Had them put them on the wall and then realised that they were from a different batch and you could see that they were slightly different tiles. When you looked at them in the box they looked the same, however once on the wall in bulk, they were quite obviously different.

    I spoke to the management who said that it was my fault for taking them and that I should have known that they were different. After trying to reason with them and having them abuse me, they said that they would fax the other stores to see if there were any available in the state. They did not want to admit that they had given us the wrong tiles.

    After a week, I rang them back and they said that there were none left from that batch and no store in NSW had any left from the batch. They said that I should take all the tiles down and start again. They still told me that I should have known that they had given me the wrong tiles.

    I rang the Maitland store and they said they never received the fax and that more of the tiles were definitely available. Ordered through them and picked up the correct tiles three days later.

    Beware: The Kotara store will not accept when they make a mistake and will try to make you feel like you have done the wrong thing. This was a costly exercise (having to pay the tiler for extra work). Be careful!

    Recently purchased some great Italian tiles in our kitchen and bathrooms. Found the design advise really helpful and the final look of the bathrooms is far better than we thought we could have afforded. Was pleasantly surprised by the range and quality on offer. Service from Holly was friendly and great, would recommend her to anyone looking for tiles.

    My wife and I are over the moon we went and saw the staff at Amber tiles Kotara as we had been into several tile stores in search of help and ideas for our home that we are renovating and had no customer service from any of the stores that we visited till the helpful staff at Amber put us at ease and made the process so much more enjoyable and without stress.We had our main floor/kitchen splashback and bathroom/ensuite tiles laid last week and are both so pleased with our selection.We highly recommend Amber tiles kotara to all our friends and to all who read this review as their service is second to none, it was a pleasure to do business and will again in the near future to purchase our exterior pavers for our pool area that we have also selected.

    After my first order arriving in the wrong colour, the second order arrived smashed then my delivery was delayed twice, and they didnt even bother to ring me the second time to let me know. I had to follow it up myself the next day. there were no explanations or apologies. All of these delays cost me money as our builder was waiting on these tiles and Amber were fully aware of this. I was very disappointed in the service, and wouldnt recommend them.
