    I spent 10 minutes phoning this chemist to add additional medications to an order that my daughter had already left to pick up.
    The phone range out 3 times before finally being answered on the 4th go. I was made to feel that my phone call was an inconvenience as they were very busy. To make matters worse, staff failed to communicate my call to each other or my daughter and consiquently the second part of the order was not dispatched and my daughter had to make a second trip to the chemist for the requested pain killers. No very professional for a health care service.
