    Tried for several months to get them to repair (full phone logs available). Attended and acknowledged faulty work and agreed to repair. Many weeks of chasing (again) and when they finally arrived they were in a huff and seemed to go out of their way to manufacture an argument and said that they would no longer be repairing the work. BSA no help (sub $3300 value) and do not have time or money to pursue legally, though still investigating small claims. They seemed genuine and the quote was fair (mid range). Two other jobs by them were fine (other ratings reflect this) but this one area 10x4m has 12-15 tiles that are lifting, and no expansion joint. Also grouting has left plastic spacers exposed.

      Thanks for making this comment. I was looking for a tiler in Goodna and now i know to steer clear of these guys.
