So pho so good as the sign says and they're good! Probably the best pho (beef noodle soup) in Sydney! They were featured on Food Safari (SBS) a while back and since trying them, I have come back for more. It can get very busy but waiting time for a table is short as the turnaround of tables is very quick as customers just come in, eat and leave. It is also due to no tablecloths to remove and set up. They make customers share tables too, let them know if you prefer not to share tables.
No fuss, no dilly-dallying - once the waiter takes your order on his wireless device, your meal comes almost in no-time. We never had to wait more than 2 minutes between ordering and the food coming - really fast food, much better than the so-called fast food stores. The beef pho is so delicious it is gulped down fast as well - large portion and great value at $13 a bowl, though the price is on the high side with other restaurants around Bankstown charging $9 - 11. Paying cash at your table is the norm - just wave down the waiter for the bill.
Cleanliness lets them down a little. I find the tables, chairs and some utentils a little oily and grubby. Utensils are held in a metal container in the middle of the table (so are the various sauces and condiments), typical of many Asian hawker/fast-food restaurants, but tissues are plentiful, just wipe them down before use. Ask for a fork, if you can't use chopsticks and spoon.
Staff is very practical and no-nonsense. I feel they could put on a more friendly face by smiling and be more welcoming. -

the thing i dont like from this restaurant is :(
if you ask for an extra bowl they'll charge you $3.5 which i dont think is reasonable, its better if you buy a bowl from a asian store it would be cheaper and you still can bring it back home -

We visited this restaurant over the weekend and they are still very good!
The restaurant is large so you will have no trouble getting seats and it is stroller friendly. The beef noodle soup came out really quick as usual, and the portion is very large even for medium size. The staff are polite too -- certainly better than any other we've ever been to.
Also, the restaurant are just next to a free parking so there is always a spot to park.
One thing that might be an issue for some is that they don't have an English menu, which might default you to order the same food you previously had on your previous visit(s) to a Vietnamese restaurants.
