I went to anaconda to purchase a gas lantern. I asked a sales assistant to give show me which gas bottle would fit the lantern I had chosen. Which they did. I suspected that the gas bottle was incorrect so I asked another sales assistant to help, they also told me it would fit. (the lantern was sealed so I could not check myself). When I opened the box and tried to fit the lantern to the gas bottle it did not fit, was obviously the wrong one. I returned 2 days to return the items, the management told me that they would not refund. Then argued with me, told me bad luck, I should have checked. The staff have no idea about the products they sell.They eventually refunded but under duress. Really bad customer service, not even refunding when they made a mistake. I will not shop here again.
