A big thank you to Chris the manager of the Aspley Anderson's carpet store and to Michael one of their carpet layers. We just had new carpet laid throughout our home and these two gentlemen are a rare breed in today's world because they understand the importance of good customer service. Chris, you very quickly and efficiently resolved any issues that came up and we couldn't be happier with your service and professionalism. Not many people take the time to listen or care but you possess both abilities. Michael your attention to detail and the devotion you showed in making sure our carpet was installed correctly was very impressive. It is very rare to see someone care so much about the work they do and as customers we are extremely happy with your work. To anyone who is getting their carpet laid, if you have Michael doing it you will be very happy with the end result. His seam work is brilliant! Once again thank you both very much.
