    I switched to Andrew and Total Car Care more than 4 or 5 years ago.

    He's serviced and maintained the three cars I've owned with equal care, both European and Australian. I recommend him to friends and colleagues now.

    Andrew at Total Car Care is a mechanic you can most certainly rely on and trust. This is hard to find when you are a twenty-something blonde female who has little knowledge of cars and what they actually need to stay roadworthy and safe.

    I left my Peugout 206 with Andrew a few weeks ago for a standard service and was genuinely expecting to receive a phone call mid way through the day telling me that it needed an extra $1000 dollars to be spent on it. This due to my my general appearance and the fact that it was a European vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised. The service cost under $300 and Andrew sat down with me when I got there to collect my car and went through exactly what my car would need to have done over the next 12 - 18 months. He was an absolute gentleman and I trusted him completely. I will most certainly return. Andrew was recommended to me by a friend and I will most certainly be recommending him to other friends.

    Being female, and a complete car novice i am always sceptical of taking my car to the mechanic, but Andrew is not only ridiculously nice, he is extremely informative and patient, which makes a welcome change from the arrogant and often dismissive nature of most mechanics.

    His service is fast, reliable and reasonably priced and his team are great at showing you what they have fixed and informing you about what repairs needs to happen ASAP and what can wait till there is a little more cash in the kitty!

    I have had every conceivable issue with my car from dead batterys and warn brake discs to smashed windows and panel damage and whatever they cant fix they have a number of people they will recommend who can, which is fabulously helpful!

    In a city where you can be stung by overpriced services its nice to find a genuine trader!
