From the get go, Mortgage Choice Indooroopilly has been real helpful compared to the rest that I have dealt with. Since I have met with Andrew from our land settlement last year to our building contract, Andrew has been a real professional and have given us the options to Achieve of building our Dream Home. No questions was to hard for Andrew to answer, Andrew has stayed positive throughout our ordeal but at the end we got there. I Highly recommend Mortgage Choice Indooroopilly, especially the exceptional service and communication we received from Andrew...Thanks for all your help.

Getting a mortgage and buying my first house was a daunting task until I met Andrew. He took the time to go over everything very throughly and answer all my silly questions! Best of all he got me a great deal on my home loan and made the application process hassle and stress free. He answered my emails promptly and was even available when i needed him on the weekend! I'd definitely recommend giving him a call if you're looking for a mortgage and want someone who will take the time to get you the right loan for your situation! Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Andrew was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His extensive knowledge helped us purchase our first investment property. Andrew was always available to answer our questions and was by our side even after the purchase. Andrew took the stress out of purchasing a property which I did not think was possible.

I find Andrew to be professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely go to him again in the future.

Thank you Andrew!......I was a first home buyer who had limited knowledge on selecting the right home loan to suit my needs. I originally spoke with my bank but they showed little interest in helping me and I felt like i was "just another number". Shortly after the sobering dealings with my bank I was referred to Andrew Churchward (Mortgage Choice Indooroopilly) from a good friend and real estate agent who refers her clients to him.

From the moment i met Andrew he showed a professional and friendly approach in helping me customize a loan to suit my needs. He clearly explained the process every step of the way. He was always happy to answer all my questions and I have gained valuable knowledge over the past few weeks that will help me for years to come. Not only be professional and knowledgable about best mortgage solutions, but also more importantly Andrew cares about his clents, which makes him different! He concerns about his clients even after the deals are done. He keeps clients informed of updated mortgage new offerings. He thinks about what clients want, taking initiatives to help clients reduce mortgage repayment. We feel very satisfied to have him as our mortgage broker for several properties!

Andrew is the person you can trust on to get best mortgage solutions!

Andrew helped us on a number of occasions and his service has always been of the highest possible level. Simply outstanding! Andrew is genuinely interested in finding the best mortgage solution for everyone. In addition, he continues to keep in touch and provide useful information and advice even once everything gets settled. Eg. I never knew it could be possible to negotiate a lower interest rate with my lender considering the contract was arranged over 12 months ago, but thanks to Andrew my monthly repayments have recently been reduced :) Thank you Andrew! I would have no hesitation recommending Andrew's services to anyone. In fact, two of my close friends went with Andrew recently and cannot say enough about the assistance they have received. :)

It's been almost 2 years since Andrew helped us buy our first home. The service he provided then was invaluable, and he was able to offer us advice on more than just our mortgage, which made the whole process so much easier! He was always happy to go out of his way to meet us where and when it suited us too. Since then, he has continued to provide information and advice any time I have a question, and has just helped us negotiate a discounted interest rate from our lender! We have had a wonderful experience of working with Andrew. I can honestly say that I doubt we would have bought our house without his perseverance and skill. At all times he involved us in the process and kept us informed about the progress. I felt that I must be harassing him because I called or emailed so often but he always took the time to answer my questions and explain things to me. And of course, our outcome was great - we have the house and are immensely grateful. I'm continually looking for opportunities to recommend him to people because I feel so confident of the service they will receive. We feel very fortunate to have worked with Andrew - I cant recommend him highly enough for his quality of service and genuine approach to relationships.
