We are specialized in migration law. We are able to advise you and represent you before the MRT-RRT, Ministerial Intervention and appeals to the Federal Court and High Court. We have many years experience providing legal advice for court appeals.

We are able to advise on visas for Business, Students, Skilled migration, Spouse, Tourist, Bridging visas, Family reunion, Character and Cancellation and permanent and temporary visas. We are also able to provide assistance with obtaining police clearances, IELTS and health checks.

Nicholas Andronicos obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree and a Bachelor of Arts (Asian Studies) Degree from the University of New South Wales.

Nicholas Andronicos has been a lawyer and registered migration agent for over 8years and is highly experienced in all types of permanent residence applications and appeals.

Previously, Nicholas worked for the Department of Immigration for 3 years where he was involved in a range of visa subclasses and visa appeals.

He has worked for the United Nations in East Timor twice and has in-depth knowledge of the role and function of international humanitarian agencies and international human rights law.

Nilofar Nasiri also works with Andronicos Lawyers. She has many years providing immigration assistance.

Nilofar previously worked for a migration agency in Iran where she provided assistance to migrants in making applications to Australia for permanent residence with an emphasis on skilled visas and work visas.

She is currently based in Sydney and handles the firms overseas offices.
