These guys are lucky to get half a star from me. They are fantastic and helpful until they receive your money. After spending a great deal of money on them, they became cold and lost any customer service skills that may have existed. I had an item I had purchased online that I no longer needed (part of a large order) and they would not refund this, even though the item had not left the shop, they were very cold and extremely rude about it. When we first went to them, we were told we would get a discount if we purchased all our bathroom items from them, we did and did not receive any discount. They would not take any of these issues on board and would not listen to reasoning. They let me know that they did not care for or need any referrals lost from this experience. Look on their web page, their is no room for feedback. I strongly recommend anyone to keep away from these people. They are one of the most unethical organisations i have ever dealt with.

I had a very pleasant shopping experience with Angel Touch Bathrooms. I am a local resident and had no knowledge of Bathroomware and the guys really helped me with picking and purchasing the right products for my renovation. They even delivered the goods to my property. I was very impressed with the outstanding service and the friendly manner of which the team displayed. I would def recommend this company to anyone who is looking for great products, great prices and great service.

My wife and I are THRILLED with this company! Great family owned business, the easiest bathroom we have ever renovated, the best quality products, and also the best value, we did our shopping around and they were bay far, the cheapest.
Their showroom seemed to be extremely busy each time we visited their Mooebank branch, but no suprise to us considering their the cheapest bathroom shop in sydney...when we got served we were delighted by the young gentlemen who served us. Great product knowledge and a genuine interest in helping us..After we purchased all our goods, we did have to wait atleast 15 mins to load our goods. The sales man even helped the boys in the warehouse load the goods into our trailer and was very apologetic about the 15 mins we waited...completely understandable as they were flat out!.. Thank you Phil, Vic, and team, extremely positive experience!

Two faxes, at least 5 e-mails and 12 phone calls later, I still had not received a simple shower arm. How difficult is it? Surely they cannot expect people to believe this is how they normally treat a customer who paid for their item 7+ weeks ago?

Finally received item almost 8 weeks after paying for it. Had to put in a LOT of work to get this done.
Absolutely USELESS customer service. They really don't care about the customer. Quick to take the money, but you're obviously not that important to them once that occurs. Cost me a fortune in long distance phone calls. They take messages, and never passes them on, because people are always 'too busy' to attend to your query. When a customer asks for a simple answer to a simple question ("when will I receive a call back?") you get told, "oh, I don't know - we're really busy". A really good way to make a customer furious after them telling you they've had nothing by bad service from your company.

Yes, person who appeared to be in charge of the sales team was informed of the dissatisfaction and the facts to back up the claim. Seemed to be apologetic and will talk with the team in their next meeting. However, this seemed to change nothing if it did occur, because the poor service certainly continued.

I have provided customer service to my customers/clients for over a decade & half, and I cannot understand why this company thinks they would retain customers behaving in the manner they do.
Obviously I'm not the only one who has issues, given this is the second review from someone who had not received their items.

Why don't you just tell people their item is on order and will be here on 'x' day? This would really be the better way to deal with your customers if it's the case.

  I would I have to strongly disagree. ANGEL TOUCH BATHROOMS facilitated all my needs and provided great services, their customer service was great and the salesman who served me gave 100% to my needs and was very loyal. I STRONGLY recommend this business as I am overwhelmed with the costs of their products being affordable and great quality. I have just finished 3 of my bathrooms at my house using angel touch bathrooms product and have never looked back as they continued to show excellence and high knowledge of the products and customer service was great. I have now recommended to family and friends and have gotten positive reviews back. What more could you ask for affordable prices great quality products best customer service. Great service! salesman very helpful (family business) showed interest not like a lot of bathroom showrooms we looked at absolutely no customer service. Got everything we needed salesman matched everything for us. Had to wait for ten days for delivery even though items in stock.
