    While they are nice enough, I was given a terrible haircut and not a very nice experience.
    They lectured me about hair care throughout the appointment and gave me a firm talking to about using pharmacy hair products - didn't really enjoy paying to be told off!
    The haircut itself was terrible. Far too short when I expressed I wanted to maintain the length, especially around the face so I am now irritated by short wispy hairs around my face.
