I first went to Rowan Kilmartin at Animal Options when the vet I was using said it was going to cost $2000 to fix my dog's dislocating patella and that likeliness was that it would happen to her other leg as well and would require another $2000 surgery. I was recommended to Animal Options by Urban Dog Training, and am so glad that they did, because I don't trust anyone else with her!!! Rowan said that it would require 5 sessions with him using chiropractic therapy and she would be fine, from which she has been ever since. Animal options is the first veterinary practice I have come across that is more concerned about your pet's needs and welfare rather than how much money they can get out of you. I travel 40 minutes each way to get to Animal Options and wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. For exceptional service for the benefit of your fur baby, go to Animal Options as I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

3 out of the 3 times over my shepherd's life when he's had an injury or accident, our normal vet recommended costly and invasive surgery. 3 out of 3 times we took him for a second opinion to vet Rowan Kilmartin and 3 out of 3 times he treated our shepherd with alternative treatments that were non-invasive, affordable and 100% effective (including correcting one mis-diagnosis). For the sake of your wallet, but most importantly your pet's well-being and health, take your pet here if you're not sure after receiving other advice for surgical procedures, etc.

Rowan and the team are brilliant. Both my dogs love going in there and getting their check ups every 3 months.

He has helped us get our young Border Collie back on his feet after breaking his elbow. Where possible alternative methods to drugs are used. Great work guys!!
