    Terrrific service, the bill is always way less than I expect - they have gotten parts for me cheaper than anywhere else and my litle alfa is always happy after a trip to young st. Absolutely no complaints.

    Mickey_de, problems with automobiles are not always pin pointed with diagnostic tools which unfortunately leaves us with the power of elimination. This is something that we had discussed with you at the time. Unlike humans going to the doctor cars do not talk back.

    Kiwi69, please forgive me for appearing stand offish but by law we have a 4:30pm curfew on rego inspections and it is not something that is undertaken late of an afternoon hence my appearance(congused is what I would call it) at the time. I am sure that my business partners good nature helped you out in the end.

    After discovering my rego was one month overdue on a Thursday night, and needing my car for the weekend I rung these guys on Friday, about 2pm to see if I could get it in the coming weekend.. trying to get a pink slip in Annandale in the weekend is a mission as nowhere is open, the guy asked if my wife could pop up before 430pm ~ She went, the first guy she met was a bit stand offish and asked why she was bringing it in with such short notice, which surprised her, he must have been new or something as then the boss walked out and told him off and met her with a pleasant smile and great service. The car was only 2005 model so quick review and away we went with our pink slip...

    I was recommended these guys through a (male) friend who has been going there for years and is very happy with them. My housemate had taken her car here and was happy with the service, although they were not good at calling her to let her know when things were ready. I did not have a good experience - they suggested I pay $240 for a part when they weren't sure what the actual problem was with the car and couldn't guarantee that it would fix the problem, although either way I would still pay. When I picked up the car they admitted that the diagnostic machine may not have been working. I took it to someone else who found out (and showed me) the problem, which was something completely different to what had been suggested. I would have been much more comfortable if they had just explained that they were not sure what the problem was and suggest I take it to a specialist. Communication was also not good - I was calling to follow up when I had been told I would be called.
