    I asked them to fix my ducted system specifically the temperature difference between two rooms. They removed half the flexible ductwork in the ceiling saying that was the problem which it wasn't. $800 and three phone calls later to get them back they did alot of scratching of their heads promising to provide a solution by "monday" they have now walked away with out even trying to solve the problem.
