I've been getting my hair done at Anthony's for the last two years and every time I come in they do a fantastic job. Whether they're doing styling or hair coloring or extensions they are always true professionals. Anthony Presotto Hairdressing is by far the best hair salon in Margate.

After moving to Redcliffe from Sydney and experiencing not so satisfying results with my last venture of stylist straying.. I was on a search for a new stylist. The thing with online reviews is that sometimes you don't know if stylists are soliciting glowing reviews by offering discount off of services for a positive review. Keeping this in mind, it was really hard to find a salon I wanted to try because either reviews for a stylist were polar extremes.

Well.....when I came across Anthony's profile I wasn't intrigued right away and read the reviews with a grain of salt. I made an appointment for a Thursday noon appointment as my hair was haggard mess, flat on the top, dry & split ends. I ended up getting lost, however when I walked in I was greeted with smiles and a relaxing latte.

Let's begin with the shampoo. O M G. Sweet merciful Lord. Best shampoo/scalp massage I have EVER had by any stylist. Jason's (Anthony's assistant) magical hands took all my problems & stress away.

What I really noticed and appreciated with Anthony was that he took his time in everything he did with my hair. Conversation with him was light and fun with no awkward silences where you feel the need to fill with forced conversation. I have always had a woman cut/style my hair, but I believe Anthony is more talented and skilled than any female stylist I have ever had. Before cutting, I asked for layers, keeping the hair in length and not making my hair look like a mullet.

The end product? Everything I asked for and more. Anthony did not stop to amaze me with his skill and talent. Watching him cut my hair and then style it really showcased why he has glowing reviews from his clients. He is truly amazing. I walked in with a nasty ass, head full of dry hair, but walked out with beautiful long, luscious layers.

I've found my stylist and have absolutely no desire to search or stray anymore. Highly recommend!!!!
