    I wasn't happy with the service or the cost. I had my sore tooth tapped to see if it hurt, it did, then cold air, that hurt even more and then an even colder instrument, which was excruciating!! Hello!! My tooth was sore, how many times do you need to see me winch to know that the tooth is damaged?

      Hi Axeljump, I'm sorry you were unhappy with the things you mentioned about our service. These are standard diagnostic measures to make sure we are dealing with the correct tooth when it comes to treatment. It is unfortunate that often reproducing the discomfort is necessary to narrow down which tooth is causing the problem, for example, when a doctor presses on a broken arm several times to assess the extent and location of the damage. Minimising patient discomfort is important to us although sometimes this is unavoidable when diagnosing which tooth needs treatment, and this is certainly something we take very seriously at Apple Dental. Regarding cost, our fees are average for area and when compared to the high quality of service and product we deliver, our prices represent good value.
