    To say that this company was unprofessional is an understatement. The contempt with which we were treated in regards to a booking was disgraceful to say the least. It took 2 weeks of chasing them up for a time, then on that day they did not show up at the expected time. After a lot of telephone calls we were finally told it would take two weeks. We were advised that as we were not quick enough to book after a quiet period (ie two weeks later following the Christmas period) what else could we expect? They are time wasters and obviously over book in order to ensure they're needs are met.
