I am most amazes with facilities and setup of this salon. Staff gave me excellent service, as I have book for beauty and hair. My highlight came up so well and she gave me new hair look. My hubby just loved it so my friends. I am visiting Apsaraa every month and also my friends started visiting too. Thank you Apsaraa for giving us such a pleasure service. -

I got my Bridal make-up, hair-do & Saree draping from Apsara beauty parlour. It was a delightful experience as every one in the salon made me feel so special. My make-up, saree & hair-do was done by a girl named Preeti & she did an excellent job. I got so many compliments that day. I personally don't like heavy make-up & hence was very nervous before i got it done. But as soon as I met Preeti, I knew that I was in safe hands. She made me so comfortable & took care of me very well. Also, she draped my Saree in such a stylish way that everyone in the wedding kept on asking me about it. Other girls were very nice & co-operative as well. My make-up & hair-do looked very stylish & made my wedding special. I would like to thank them for adding extra charm to my wedding :) -

I agree Neelam, the only reason I choose to go there was because its close to my work place. I had confirmed appointment early that day but was disappointed to be kept waiting for over 30 mins without any knowledge of when and who will serve me. And even after that I was not impressed with the service the staff provided. Well for the price tag on the services I sure would want some decent service there. The facila treatments are nothing to write home about, there were disturbances such as answering personal calls on mobile including someone walking in the treatment room during the treatment. Lack of attention to small details makes a lot of difference. I have had better facials by unregistered beauticians/students at half the price. One positive thing to look at is most of the girls are good at haircuts and eyebrow (threading), but then again those kind of treatments are not hard to get elsewhere at lower cost and better service. -

i do not agree with what Apsaraa Hair Beauty & Spa has said about its price, service and staff.
the price is not the Best, they do not have professional services and staff. i went to their salon with a friend of mine and the way the staff of Apsaraa provided us the services was so unprofessional. You do not want to go to a salon where it looks professional but the services are not. I was having my facial and the staff who was doing it for me kept leaving the room. she had to leave the room more than 3 or 4 times. it is rude and unprofessional to leave your clients in the middle of services. it was my first experience, i think and i know it was my last too as i will never go back there. I would rather pay more than what they charge and get some professional service done somewhere else. -
