This place makes the most amazing beef burgers! Thought it wouldn't be the best because I assumed it would be ordinary pub food, but was wrong. Reasonably priced, great place to eat and drink after the beach.

The Aquarium Bar offers a good atmosphere and good food with reasonable waiting time. I owuld recommend a meal there late on a Sunday afternoon.

This isnt really a bar. for people to meet and have a good time, bad music,door policy and hair cuts. It has about as much charisma as eeyore at a wake.

The aquarium bar is what makes this hotel good. We normally hit it up for a sunday afternoon lunch. Nice and relaxing outdoor balcony and a good feed. I'd suggest just sticking to the normal pub food (burgers, nachos etc)

yeah i agree with the reviews below - the venu itself and views are great - but meal size for what your paying isn't the best bangs for bucks.

Great atmosphere. Good for large groups. Outdoors is really nice on a sunny day. Great food.. love the octopus!

The palace seems to be loosing its touch. Whilst the view is amazing I most recently ordered a surf and turf to find the meal small in proportion and no where near as good as some of the other local eateries where the prices are much more competitive.

Once again we have a great view ruined by bad staff. Backpackers are employed and they dont seem to care that diners and drinkers are there to relax and spend their money. I heard one staff member say: "Tuesday nights are the worst" as to many tourists visit to eat. Oh please I thought.

its a great location overlooking the beach, but be warned, all the staff are Irish or British and have no concern for serving customers and complain constantly..... im not happy at all with their service.... beer prices are high and service levels poor.
