Excellent product... and that's it. Customer service is absolutely appalling. The staff members are rude and unhelpful. They give timeframes that they cannot live up to, and they pass the buck when things go wrong. They do not communicate with their customers (ie. making a simple phone call to let the customer know when something cannot be done on time). If it wasn't for their products being second to none, we would have nothing further to do with ARB.
