    Gave them the job for the repairs to the car, but they took twice as long, promised a courtesy car, and over 6 weeks there was never one available. (Often heard the same excuses being told to other clients, does one actually exist after all).

    Post repair service was sadly lacking, while being very nice people, the business itself does not deliver what is promised.

    Can I recommend them? I think the front office staff are nice and personal and I prefer that , but the jobs don't deliver.

    Overall, again sadly, No.

    After a minor accident my car was towed to Archers Smash. The service was impeccable and their genuine concern for my well being was obvious and showed by the receptionist and owner. All staff I came in contact with were very friendly, understanding and professional.
    My car was immaculate after and it drove smoother than it did before, no problems whatsoever. I highly recommend Archers Smash to anyone who asks.

    Very unfriendly when there is a problem in my opinion. Legally I require 3 quotes minimum to present to the other party (who crashed into my car). A staff member Archers smash repair became very unfriendly when I am towing my car away for a second quote, and told me I only needed 1 quote. Stay away!!!
