  Agree on your review. I found friendly and accomodating before the deposit was handed over. Afterwards waited months with calls not being returned before I saw drafts. For anyone looking to use this provider, best to interview the receptionist as you will deal with this person the most.

  I strongly disagree with these reveiws as i have had many dealings with architectural plans & permits and the service has been exceptional....

  I agree with this review 110%. The plans where not creative, they never returned calls, was virtually impossible to get in touch with the architect. A few months later they continueously called us up everyday, saying that we have an amount outstanding. We asked the person on the phone what it was for and they couldn't answer; it was horrible recieving calls from them everyday about money that we 'owe them' in which we had no idea what it was for, while when we wanted to contact them, no one returned our calls. At the beginning they seemed quite professional but as soon as we handed over the deposit, they seemed to avoid us. They got the job done, but poor quality, poor service and the time was awkfully lengthy.
