Canberra's 'Ardeche Restaurant' is a value for money fine dining restaurant that specialises in French and North African cuisine. There is an a la carte as well a set menu to choose between, which both contain a premium selection of delicious foreign delicacies such as pan fried snails served in white wine and garlic butter and the Canard a L'orange (twice roasted orange duck served on a roesti potato). The wine list heavily features (of course) a premium selection of French wines as well as a large range of Australian drops. Bookings recommended for weekends.
