    After reading the really bad reviews on this Motel I almost cancelled my booking but I was so late arriving in Melbourne and too tired. I was very pleasantly surprised!! It was nothing like the reviews! Lovely crisp clean sheets, spotless bathroom, excellent supplies of coffee, tea, juice, milk etc. A lovely glassed in balcony with a table and chairs which was really nice to enjoy my breakfast in. The reception staff were more than helpful and very pleasant. There must have been some big changes since those reviews because apart from the age of the building it was very comfortable and it was very very good value for money. The position speaks for itself - so close to the city. I will definitely stay there again and have booked in again in a month when I have to be back in Melbourne.

      the arden motel in north melbourne is a great place to stay its affordable and very clean couldnt ask for better we have alot of trips to melbourne and we stay there every time i would recomend this place to anyone
