We are a human resource and remuneration consultancy founded by Chris Leck in 2008, following a long and distinguished career as a Principal Consultant with Mercer. 

Our company provides a wide range of consulting and advisory services embracing reward strategy, remuneration advice, developing performance management systems, and conducting organisation reviews.   

We have developed a number of general industry and sector-specific market salary survey products which may be of interest; as well a series of practical half-day workshops for managers and HR professionals to learn some of our best practice approaches to solving remuneration and HR issues.
