We have an Aged Care facility on the Central Coast and I first contacted Arqua back in 2004 and of all the consultants I contacted I found that they had a great understanding of what we were going through and what we needed to do to position our business for the future aged and disabled markets and to comply with OHS and Discrimination laws .

before we met Richard we thought that it was going to cost a fortune for another level of compliance. He refocused our thinking away from 'compliance' and back onto our customers needs. It was a cleaver approach, a bit different, but it worked and that was the main thing.

We call Arqua the Fung-Shuei Masters, although it doesn't matter what you call it, you just have to get your buildings working for you, get your infrastructure in the right place and get your customers in the door.

And that's what they did.
