    Terrible! Do not use!! Had my dishwasher repaired by arrive on time appliance repairs, then tried for 2 months to simply obtain an invoice (for tax purposes), had to escalate to consumer affairs vic before they finally sent me a simple invoice! Then, after 3 months the dishwasher broke again and I was told repairs only come with a 3 x month warranty!! Very disappointed with their service and quality of work...

    EXCELLENT SERVICE
    On the Saturday my washing machine broke down and called Arrive On Time for the first time. Left a message expecting not to be contacted until Monday (if at all). To my surprise I got a call on Sunday indicating that there may be someone available next week but I'll be called on Monday confirming.
    Got the call as promised on Monday morning and was lucky to get a repairer sent out that morning. He came at the right time including a phone call before he arrived. Luck was still on my side as he had to go back to the part supplier to get a spare part and was able to return the same afternoon to complete the job.

    Overall I was lucky with cancellations of other jobs and not many overruns but such a surprise to get such good service. I'm used to leaving messages and not getting them returned. Service time frames to be so big that you have to stay home all day just in case the repairer turns up.

    I wish all the companies I had to deal with dealt with me in the same way.
