    I haven't come across another dentist who would spend an hour for no charge explaining my dental condition, do a ct scan for no charge, provide information brochures, treatment costs, offer referral to the specialists. I made up my decision to get my treatment started at art de dente only after i had such a diligent and detailed information.

    Stay away from this clinic. I have lived in 3 cities over the last few years and was seeing a dentist here while I was transitioning from Melb to Syd. On two occasions, fillings they did either failed or cracked and required emergency attention in Sydney. I requested copies of my records that I could provide to a new dentist in Sydney and this process was a complete fiasco. I was advised to come in and get the records, when I arrived I was told the staff had no time to burn my records to disc and to go away and they would post them. After 3 phone calls and multiple emails over weeks/months I never received the records. Complete lack of customer service. The absolute worst experience is that the dentists here advised I needed 3 teeth extracted. When I received further opinions in Sydney from my new (excellent) dentist and an Endodentist they advised this is definitely not the case. Save your dollars, teeth and patience. Seek another clinic.

      I would like to know more about your experience. Were you given options for treatment. What was the reason for recommending the extractions, were you provided for another option to treat those teeth. Were they previously treated by root canal treatment, had the treatment failed.
