Highly recommended, I had a amzing day I had my hair coloured and cut then I has a pampering with there new beauty therapist which I think is amazing to have a one stop shop could not be any more happier.

I highly recommend to anyone looking for a fresh new hairstyle. Being a new mum I don't have much "me time" and when I do visit the salon they make me feel so pampered and relaxed, wonderful staff. I love the highlights they put in my hair and have had so many compliments from people. 5 stars !!!

art hair studios what can i say its a diverse group of extreamly creative hairdressers from john to beck and that boy with the mohawk its a friendly atmosphere and dose a great haircut with a great range of colours and shampoos i love my trips to the hairdressers, when scots not compleatly booked up :P

My six year old daughter was flowegirl for my sister's wedding on the weekend, and her hair looked absolutely terrible. Her hair was held together by only 6 bobby pins, and by the time she reached the church they had become loose and her hair was a mess! The stylist appeared rushed, and no attention to detail was made, not only for my daughter but for one of the bridesmaids who called her mother who is a hairdresser upon returning to the bride's house, and had her hair re-done. Not an ideal start to one's wedding. I would not recommend using this salon.

  if thats your attitude why didnt you get your family member to do her hair in the first place, my girlfriend has had formal hair done there before they used alot more then a few pins that 6 year old might have just pulled them out because i understand that they can be quite irritating
  
  my girlfriend strongly recomends that for formal hair you go to art hair studios, they are amazing :)

  I too had a similar incident for a wedding whereby I had my own hair done.
  I was part of a bridal party. The hairdresser took 2 hours for a simple 'hair up'. The other bridal party member had to have her hair 're-done' and it looked nothing like the picture that the bride gave to the hairdressers. What a waste of time and money! I understand that all hairdressers have a different style but you would think that they would get it right with a picture in front of them!
  I would not recommend them at all.

  please understand that no hair up is simple or easy there are alot of factors to take into account...... and if the hair looked terrible before you walked out then say something im sure the hairdresser or someone else could of corrected the problem and left you all satisfied. if hair ups and styling was meant to be easy then hairdressers wouldnt be needed. And for everyones information childrens hair is the most difficult to do especially hair up!!

During my first and only visit, I brought in pictures stressing to them that I wanted to keep the long layers in my short hairdo. Well they proceeded to hack into my hair. Now I can't style my hair - layers are about 1 inch long! I'm horrified. I know it will grow out but waiting those few weeks will be long and hard. A friend says it is if they have hacked at my hair with no rhyme or reason. Maybe I had a bad stylist but I recommend not visiting this salon

  I have been to Art Hair Studio heaps of times and have only had really good haircuts and great service from friendly helpfull staff. I have never heard anything bad about the salon until i read your review. Go back and try a different stylist i'm sure the same thing won't happen again.I love my hair!!
